What experience level is required to join a course?⌄
No prior experience is necessary. Our beginner courses start from the fundamentals while advanced sessions welcome makers with some background.
Which tools and materials are provided during classes?⌄
All wax, seals, stamps, and safety equipment are included. Students receive a starter kit to take home after the session.
What safety measures are in place for hot wax handling?⌄
We enforce strict temperature controls, provide heat-resistant gloves, and maintain a maximum of eight students per instructor for close supervision.
Can I reschedule or receive a refund if I cannot attend?⌄
You may reschedule up to 72 hours before class. Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if a spot cannot be filled.
Are classes accessible for participants with mobility needs?⌄
Our studio is ground-level with wide doorways. Please contact us in advance so we can arrange additional seating and tool adaptations.
Do participants receive a certificate upon completion?⌄
Yes, every attendee receives a signed certificate of completion detailing the techniques mastered and hours spent in the studio.
What is the typical class size and duration?⌄
Groups are limited to eight participants. Most courses run three hours, including demonstration, hands-on practice, and a closing gallery walk.
Are organic and vegan wax options available?⌄
Absolutely. We stock soy, beeswax-alternative, and plant-based waxes certified organic for every workshop.
Can children attend the courses?⌄
Participants must be 14 years or older. Younger makers are welcome in private family sessions booked in advance.
